RAMARPANAM-18

File 18

24-04-2012

Jai Sri Ram

The Dazzling luminance of Sri Rama.

The two Epics, namely Ramayana and the Maha Bharata  get prominence as the two essentially deal with Sri Rama and Sri Krishna, their heroic deeds, their coveted personalities and the mesmerizing form and appearance in Them. Puransas, second in line, get down graded in this respect as they portray vividly the other Demi-Gods as well.

Applying the same yard stick, Sri Ramayanam is weighed more than the Maha Bharata, in that the story of Sita and Rama equally eulogised.

The 14th personality identity of Sri Rama is that He is the dazzling luminance of the Surya Dynasty, fit to be called DyuthimAn.

The Sun, when it shines, the moon and all the celestial objects of brightness are dwarfed to insignificance. So is the case with Rama in whose presence the brillance of every other person blanks out.

Rama and Sita are the inseparable Dou-like the Sun and it's aurora. That means, Rama the Sun and Sita, His shining brilliance.

The question that arise now is that Sita during Her abduction and detention at Asokavana, was away from Rama and how come they are inseparable then. In the larger scheme of God's design, this separation is a drama of a sort, enacted for the cause of the Devas and the rescue act promised at the start of their incarnation.

So they incarnated together, Vishnu as Rama and His consort Goddess Lakshmi as Sita, dismissing Her natural abode Ksheerabdhi un-worthy of living in separation.

Thus we are fortunate enough to approach the Divine Couple. This Midhuna prApthi, is an un-earned and un-toiled blessings to us barely by the Divine Grace of the Two and nothing-else!
